Until 19 September 2026 every module was free on every plan. That changed, so the page says so rather than letting a school find out when a screen refuses to open. Everything not listed here is on the free plan, for as long as you stay under 300 students.

The timetable is the one job in a school that is genuinely a solver problem, and the one place AI earns its place instead of decorating a screen.

You write the rules
No period before the lab is free. The two maths teachers never clash. Games on Friday afternoon.

AI proposes a week
Every class laid out against those rules at once, which is the part that takes a person three days.

A verifier checks it, then you apply it
A deterministic check reads the proposal back against your rules and the clashes it finds are real. Nothing reaches the timetable until a person says so.
Grading, the same way round
Written answers in a quiz or a course assessment are scored against the rubric the teacher wrote. The score arrives as a proposal on the teacher's marks screen. The teacher changes it or accepts it, and only then does it count.
What Onflows does not do
- No SMS or WhatsApp yet. Circulars, receipts and results reach families in the portal and by email, and the delivery outcome is recorded against the message rather than assumed.
- No biometric or RFID devices. Attendance is marked by the teacher who is in the room, or by the office.
- No payment gateway. Fees records what is owed, what was paid and issues the receipt; the money itself still arrives the way it arrives today.
- No transport, hostel or library module. If those are what you are shopping for, we are not the system you want yet.
