A short list, honestly kept. Onflows is designed to be the system a school runs on rather than a hub that stitches five others together — so this page is mostly about what you no longer need.

Your spreadsheets
Bring your roll in from Excel or CSV. You map your columns to ours, and a dry run shows every problem — duplicates, bad dates, missing guardians — before a single record is written.
Invites, password resets and notifications go out over transactional email, with the delivery outcome recorded against the message rather than assumed.
Your own domain
Every school gets yourschool.onflows.app from day one. Point your own domain at it instead and we verify you control it with a DNS record before it goes live.
Any phone, no app store
Onflows runs in the browser and installs to a home screen. There is nothing for a parent to download, and nothing to update when we ship.
Not yet
These do not exist in Onflows today. If one of them is what decides your purchase, tell us when you sign up — it is how we order the roadmap.
- Payment gateways. Fees, receipts and the ledger are complete, but a payment is recorded with its method and reference at entry — Onflows does not yet collect the money itself.
- SMS and WhatsApp. Circulars and notifications reach parents in the portal and by email today.
- Accounting packages. The fee ledger exports, but nothing posts to Tally or Zoho automatically.
- Biometric and RFID attendance devices. Attendance is marked by a teacher, on the period they teach.
- Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams. Course content lives in Onflows, with video embedded rather than hosted.
