Built to fit the school you already run
Onflows adapts to your board, your class structure and your number of campuses — rather than asking you to reorganise the school around the software.
CBSE, ICSE and state boards
Onflows does not impose a curriculum. You define your subjects, your grading scheme and your assessment pattern, and the gradebook and progress cards follow from what you defined.
- Your own subject list per class, including electives and optional subjects.
- Assessments defined by you — term exams, unit tests, internal marks or a mix.
- A gradebook finalised once, with every progress card agreeing with it.
- Certificates with real serial numbers, printable the moment they are approved.
Pre-primary through senior secondary
Sections are optional, not assumed. A school with one Class 5 and no sections works exactly as well as one with 5A through 5D, and a school that adds sections next year does not have to restructure anything.
- Classes with or without sections, changed at any time.
- A timetable if you keep one — attendance falls back to the day if you do not.
- Electives and second-language splits, with a roster you edit per subject.
- Every academic year archived rather than deleted, with students promoted into the next.
Groups, trusts and multi-campus
Each campus is its own school in Onflows — its own address, its own roll, its own records, which is what isolation means and why it is not negotiable. One contract can cover several of them.
- A separate portal per campus, at its own address or your own domain.
- Records never cross between campuses, enforced by the database itself.
- Negotiated student limits and terms on the Enterprise plan.
- The same roles, permissions and audit trail on every campus.
