Yes. Onflows runs in a browser on any phone. Parents get their own login and see attendance, homework, results and circulars for each of their children. One login per family, however many children they have with the school.

They stay readable forever. A closed academic year is archived rather than deleted, students are promoted into the new year, and every student keeps a timeline that spans their whole time at the school. Nothing in Onflows is hard-deleted. A mistake is corrected by a record of the correction.

It is set up for CBSE, ICSE, IB, Cambridge, the English National Curriculum, US K-12 and 83 more curricula in 21 countries, from pre-primary to the final year. Sections are optional. A school with one Class 5 and no sections works exactly as well as one with 5A through 5D.

Every school gets yourschool.onflows.app from day one, carrying your name, logo and colours. You can point your own domain at it instead; we verify you control it via a DNS record before it goes live.

You are warned from 80% of your student limit, and new admissions pause at 100% until the plan is raised. Nothing you already have is affected. You can move up or down at any time and your data, users and history stay exactly as they are.

Yes. Your roll comes in from Excel or CSV: you map your columns to ours, and a dry run lists every problem it finds, such as duplicates, unreadable dates and missing guardians, before a single record is written. Nothing is created until you accept that report.

No. Circulars, homework and results reach parents in their own portal and by email today, and the delivery outcome is recorded against the message rather than assumed. SMS and WhatsApp sit under consideration on the roadmap, not in the product. If that is what decides your purchase, say so when you sign up.

Roles decide it, and the role is checked when the action runs rather than when the menu is drawn, so a teacher cannot reach another class's marks by guessing a URL. Each role's reach is a screen your school admin can change, and every change is recorded.

You can export everything your school put in, and we delete it on request and confirm when it is done. Because nothing is hard-deleted while you are with us, that export is the whole history rather than only the year you are in.

There is nothing to fetch from an app store. Onflows runs in the browser and installs to a home screen from there, so a parent on a mid-range phone gets an icon without a download, and there is nothing for anyone to update when we ship.
