School software for Qatar MOEHE (Qatar national curriculum) schools
Choose Qatar MOEHE when you create your school, and Onflows sets up KG1 to Grade 12, 2 terms (Semester 1 and Semester 2), the General Secondary Certificate years and the board's grading before you type anything.
Qatar Ministry of Education and Higher Education national curriculum
We have not yet checked this setup against the board's own published scheme. It is a sensible default: check the grading and subjects in your first week and change what does not match.

Grading, the way Qatar MOEHE grades
The academic year runs August to June. Each stage gets its own scale, and marks entered once become the gradebook, the progress card and the parent's screen.
| Stage | Scale | Grades | Pass mark |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary | Qatar MOEHE gradesA default to check | A+, A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D, F | 50% |
| Preparatory | Qatar MOEHE gradesA default to check | A+, A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D, F | 50% |
| Secondary | Qatar MOEHE gradesA default to check | A+, A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D, F | 50% |
The year's assessments, already planned
These arrive with their weights, so the term result adds up without a spreadsheet beside it. This plan is a common pattern rather than the board's prescribed one; change it to match yours.
| Term | Assessment | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Semester 1 | Formative Assessment | 16.7% |
| Semester 1 | Mid-term Exam | 16.66% |
| Semester 1 | End of Semester Exam | 16.66% |
| Semester 2 | Formative Assessment | 16.66% |
| Semester 2 | Mid-term Exam | 16.66% |
| Semester 2 | End of Semester Exam | 16.66% |
