School software for Québec schools
Choose Québec when you create your school, and Onflows sets up Maternelle 4 ans to Secondaire 5, 3 terms (Étape 1, Étape 2 and Étape 3), the Épreuves ministérielles 6e année and Épreuves ministérielles Sec 4 et 5 years and the board's grading before you type anything.
Programme de formation de l'école québécoise
We have not yet checked this setup against the board's own published scheme. It is a sensible default: check the grading and subjects in your first week and change what does not match.

Grading, the way Québec grades
The academic year runs August to June. Each stage gets its own scale, and marks entered once become the gradebook, the progress card and the parent's screen.
| Stage | Scale | Grades | Pass mark |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primaire | Québec pourcentage | Marks only | 60% |
| Secondaire | Québec pourcentage | Marks only | 60% |
The year's assessments, already planned
These arrive with their weights, so the term result adds up without a spreadsheet beside it.
| Term | Assessment | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Étape 1 | Résultat de l'étape 1 | 20% |
| Étape 2 | Résultat de l'étape 2 | 20% |
| Étape 3 | Résultat de l'étape 3 | 60% |
Subjects at every stage
Seeded per class, and yours to edit. Your school picks its languages at setup. Add a subject, drop one, or split a second language into its own roster.
- Primaire
