Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, for up to 300 students on your roll, with no time limit and no card. It is not a trial and not a cut-down edition. It is the whole product.
Which features are missing from the free plan?
None. Every module we have built is on every plan, including the free one: admissions, attendance, fees, homework, timetable, assessments, the gradebook, certificates, course content and the audit trail.
Then what am I paying for on the higher plans?
Room. Plans differ by how many students you carry and by nothing else. A school of 200 pays nothing; a school of 900 pays for the size it is.
What counts towards the student limit?
Students currently on your roll. A student who has left keeps their records, since history is never deleted, but stops using a place.
What happens when we reach the limit?
You are warned from 80%. At the limit, new admissions and imports pause until the plan is raised; nothing you already have is affected and nothing is deleted.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, in either direction. Tell us and we move you. Your data, users and history stay exactly as they are.
Do we pay per teacher?
No. Pricing is per school. Every plan includes every role (admin, principal, teachers, parents, accountant and front desk) with unlimited staff logins.
Is anything charged separately?
WhatsApp and SMS delivery, and collecting fees online. Those carry a per-message or per-transaction cost from the provider, so we quote them separately, on any plan, including the free one. Email is included everywhere.
Is our data separate from other schools?
Yes. Every record carries your school's id and the database itself refuses cross-school reads. It is enforced, not just promised.

Every school gets its own address, yourschool.onflows.app, with your name, logo and colours. Strict isolation, role-based permissions and an append-only audit trail come as standard on every plan, including the free one.
