These are the fields on the CBSE transfer certificate, which most schools follow. Some state boards prescribe their own form; check yours before you issue one.

Onflows issues a transfer certificate from the student's own record, with a serial number that is never reused. The academic history is copied from the registers at the moment of issue, so a certificate printed again next year says exactly what it said the day it was issued.
